Experience

Grounded in technical work, project evaluation, and practical analysis.

Smart Assist was founded by Harry McMahon, a geologist and MBA whose work has centred on the evaluation and development of energy and resource projects.

Over time that work broadened beyond geology into the analytical questions that surround major projects: economics, asset management, operating systems, development strategy, and the practical realities of making decisions where information is rarely complete.
